The 2026 Warrior Games, hosted by U.S. Army Transformation & Training Command, brings together nearly 200 military service members to compete in adaptive sports as part of their recovery journeys. This year, in 2026, we celebrate 16 years since the inception of the Warrior Games which highlights the exceptional physical skills and mental toughness of wounded, ill, and injured service members representing the Army, Marine Corps, Navy/Coast Guard, Air Force/Space Force, and Special Operations Command.
Pathways to Hope is a free, community-wide conference that brings together mental health professionals, social workers, educators, members of the judicial system, law enforcement, faith leaders, caregivers, and individuals with lived experience to strengthen and improve our mental health care system. As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the conference, we invite everyone to reflect on this year’s theme: “The Next Ten.” Whether it’s the next ten seconds, minutes, days, or years, every moment is an opportunity to choose hope.
The fifth annual SA Veterans Day at Hemisfair is a free, family-friendly event honors the Veterans of today and tomorrow with live entertainment and interactive activities for the whole family.
At 1:00 PM, a special Veterans Day Ceremony will feature a presentation of the colors, remarks from community leaders, and more! Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy live music, great food and drinks, and engaging entertainment, all at no cost, while connecting with veteran-supporting organizations offering resources and services.
